  • What does Snowberry Creek do?

  • We provide a service to online e-tailers that helps them
    get their website seen by potential customers and
    get their urls in many places so that the search engines can pick up on them.
    We have a forum for the e-tailers as well as a Past E-tailers page
    where e-tailers that have contributed to the sample box, even only 1 time, will have their url links listed always.
    We also have a My Space page where e-tailers and consumers alike are welcome
    to come and promote their websites and products in any
    way they chose to promote them.
    We have newsletter that goes out helping consumers and e-tailers aware of due dates for samples as well as the date that the boxes will actually go on sale and ship out.

  • What is in the Sample Boxes ?

  • Well... Samples of course!!
    Most of the time the items in the boxes will be sample sizes.
    Sometimes however e-tailers will send in generous full sizes
    to be included in the boxes, along with coupons and money saving certificates. You just never know what you find when
    you open up your box.

  • Everyone! Preteen to Senior Citizens

  • Mystery Surprise Gift?

  • The Mystery Surprise Gift is a exactly that, a gift!
    One e-tailer each month donates a full size
    and one lucky consumers wins this gift each month.
    It is determined by a drawing after all boxes have been packed and shipped

  • Damaged Boxes ?

  • Snowberry Creek is not to be held responsible
    for boxes damaged in shipping.
    You may purchase Postal Insurance, it is optional however,
    so you must request it if you wish to have it.
    All insurance claims must be made to the USPS and not Snowberry Creek.

  • How do we ship?

  • Flat Rate Priority ~ USPS
    Flat Rate Priority is also used for International Orders,
    and the cost is included in the cost of the Sample Box.

  • Why does the Cart show 'Free Shipping'?

  • Since the shipping cost is included in the cost of the Sample Box itself no shipping charge is needed.

  • Refunds ?

  • No refunds are issued on the Sample Boxes.
    If for some reason the boxes simply do not ship out,
    for whatever reason then a refund will be issued,
    but that most likely will never happen.
    We think that you will always be pleased with your box,
    however, Snowberry Creek will not be held responsible if
    you are unhappy with the box received.

  • Returns ?

  • We do not accept returns.
    We really think that you will have no desire to return you box.
    However, sample boxes cannot be returned for any reason.

  • Where does the money for Sample Boxes go ?

  • We must purchase packaging materials and getting all those boxes to the Post Office, gas is not cheap :o)
    It is also applied to the cost of the website and all the work that goes into keeping it updated and running smoothly, such as yearly domain fees and bandwidth.
